To structure and design an information pack for prospective patients, promoting the benefits of joining The Gentle Touch, explaining how membership works, and encouraging people to join.
I began by reviewing the structure and content of the information supplied, sorting it into logical groups and filling in any gaps. This became a welcome letter, a booklet explaining features and benefits, a postcard holding information which needs to be retained, and a call-to-action card inviting people to make contact with the practice’s patient care coordinator.
I sized the different elements to fit together in a logical order in the pack, and developed a refreshed, and extended visual identity for The Gentle Touch, including a redrawn logo, new butterfly illustrations, a tweaked colour palette, and a new tactile feel to present their premium service.
